1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends, US federal holidays, and non-business days.

During peak seasons, holiday sales, or promotional events, order processing may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days due to high order volume. We do not offer guaranteed same-day or next-day processing unless explicitly stated on product pages.

2. Shipping Coverage & Service Area

We currently only provide shipping services toall 50 states of the United States, including standard domestic residential and commercial addresses. We do not support international shipping, PO Box addresses, military APO/FPO addresses, or overseas territories at this time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard domestic shipping for all baking tool orders. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, calculated from the date your package ships out, not the order purchase date.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after shipment

Delivery speed may vary depending on distance, carrier logistics, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, and regional carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your shipping destination, order weight, and package dimensions. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly due to our store error.

We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time. All free shipping terms are subject to the specific promotion rules active at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor package delivery status. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update and display accurate carrier logistics data after shipment.

If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 3 business days, please contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate, complete, and valid shipping addresses during checkout. We will not be liable for lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, zip code errors, or invalid recipient information provided by the customer.

Packages returned to our warehouse due to customer address errors will require the customer to pay additional re-shipping fees for redelivery. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipping carrier marks a package as “Delivered” per the tracking information, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are advised to check their doorstep, mailbox, building reception, or nearby safe delivery locations first upon seeing a delivered status.

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local shipping carrier to file a delivery investigation. We will provide necessary order and shipping documentation to assist with your claim.

8. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather disasters, natural disasters, public emergencies, holiday backlogs, customs holds (if applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control. Delayed shipments do not qualify for free refunds or order cancellations unless approved by our support team.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your baking tools arrive damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged items and packaging. We will verify your claim and arrange a full refund or free replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any policy changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our Shopify store with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated shipping terms.
